UPDATE: The Coroner's Office responded to Wellstar in reference to the shooting death, and identified the individual as 21-year-old Ronald Wynn, of Augusta.
RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WFXG) - The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting after two people were found shot Friday afternoon on Old Waynesboro Road.
Deputies were called to the 3800 block around 3:58 p.m., where they found a male and female victim, each shot at least once. Both were rushed to the hospital, but the male victim later died from his injuries.
The Criminal Investigation Division remains on scene. No suspect information or additional details have been released.
