Governor Gianforte issues disaster proclamation for Glasgow flooding

HELENA, Mont. - Governor Greg Gianforte issued a disaster declaration on Wednesday for severe flash flooding over the Fourth of July weekend. The governor's proclamation said public infrastructure was damaged and local businesses and residents were impacted as well.
