When Tulsi Gabbard went down to Georgia, the director of national intelligence turned heads.

The war over what America First means will soon move to a new theater: a battle over the fate of the Office of Director of National Intelligence.

Citing new intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, director of national intelligence, said that Iranian nuclear facilities have been destroyed by U.S. airstrikes and that if the Iranians attempted to rebuild those facilities it would likely take them years.  

Tulsi Gabbard’s nomination to serve as President Trump’s director of national intelligence hinges on questions about the judgment and patriotism of the former congresswoman and Army veteran, doubts that are expected to take center stage at her Senate confirmation hearing Thursday.

The return of Tulsi Gabbard to Capitol Hill began with breakfast in the Senate dining room courtesy of Iowa Sen. Joni Ernst, followed by back-to-back meetings with other Republicans, all of whom were happy to welcome the former Hawaii Democrat and discuss her nomination to lead the U.S. intelligence community.
