GRAND CANE, La. - Balloons Over DeSoto returns for its 10th year on Sunday to C.E. "Rusty" Williams Airport in Grand Cane.
There will be food, live entertainment, and a fireworks display.
Organizers say balloonists who took part in the Red River Balloon Rally will participate in this year's event.
The event runs from 4 P.M. to 10 P.M.
