SHREVEPORT, La. - The Caddo Parish Grand Jury returned three indictments in its session that ended Wednesday, handing down charges in two separate fatal shootings and a sealed sexual assault case.

Noah Allen Wilson, 15, faces a second-degree murder charge in connection with the April 26 shooting death of Taylor Geter, 23. Authorities said Geter was shot and killed at Waterside Park following a fight between two adults in the 200 block of East Dudley Drive in Shreveport.

In a separate indictment, Shirdamion Edwards, 28, of Shreveport was charged with second-degree murder for the May 20 fatal shooting of Jeremy Singer, 38. Officers responded to a home in the 3600 block of Greenbriar Drive, where Singer suffered a gunshot wound to the chest. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. Two children were inside the home at the time of the shooting but were not injured.

The grand jury also returned a true bill charging Damien Demon Mills, 36, of Shreveport with first-degree rape. Specific details regarding the allegations remain unavailable because the indictment was filed under seal. Mills was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on April 29, where he remains held on a $2 million bond.
