BOSSIER CITY, La. — Brookshire Grocery Arena is adding a new food option for fans attending events, welcoming Dillas Primo Quesadillas as its newest concessions vendor.

The arena held a ribbon-cutting Wednesday to officially introduce the partnership.

Pete John of Dillas Primo Quesadillas said the restaurant will offer a limited, event-focused menu rather than its full selection.

“We partnered with Brookshire Arena. We’re going to be a vendor here for the events they have. Nontraditional, obviously not going to have the full menu, but we’re excited about it,” John said.

John said the partnership also gives Dillas Primo Quesadillas an opportunity to reach customers from across the region.

“I think what’s super cool is that we’ll have a draw regionally, which will help our brand as we expand into East Texas and South Arkansas, etc.,” John said. “We’re real excited about the marketing of it as well.”

The new vendor is part of Brookshire Grocery Arena’s continued effort to enhance the experience for guests attending concerts, sporting events and other entertainment.

The arena regularly hosts major events that draw visitors from across northwest Louisiana and the surrounding region.

Dillas Quesadillas will serve guests during select events at the arena, giving fans another food option while also introducing the brand to a broader regional audience.
