SHREVEPORT, La. - KTBS is bidding a bittersweet farewell to two extraordinary leaders who have shaped the station and community in countless ways.
Valerie Cosby, a cornerstone of the KTBS sales department for more than 37 years, will be retiring at the end of the month. Her leadership, drive, and unwavering dedication have set the gold standard for excellence.
KTBS Community Projects Director Jan Elkins will also be stepping into a well-deserved retirement at the end of the year. Jan's passion for service has touched thousands of lives and built a powerful legacy across our region.
Valerie and Jan will be missed tremendously, and the lasting impact they've left on KTBS 3 will be felt for generations to come.
