SHREVEPORT, La. - One of Shreveport’s longest-running celebrations is returning this weekend as the 39th Annual Let the Good Times Roll Festival takes over Festival Plaza.

The three-day event will be held Friday through Sunday, coinciding with the Juneteenth holiday and Father’s Day weekend. Festival organizers say this year’s celebration will feature a packed schedule of live entertainment, community events, and family-friendly activities. Yung Joc and Lil Scrappy headline a star-studded music lineup.

The festival will kick off Friday at 4 p.m. with a community block party designed to bring attendees together for an additional celebration before the evening entertainment begins.

Saturday morning will focus on health and wellness, featuring several events, including a mental health symposium.

Proceeds from the festival support Rho Omega & Friends community initiatives, helping fund programs and services that benefit the local community.

Attendees can choose between single-day admission passes or weekend-long tickets to experience everything the festival has to offer.
