MARSHALL, Texas - The Marshall Police Department is asking for the public's help to find a missing and endangered woman.
Angela Banks was last seen on April 7. Her family said she was at a homeless shelter in the 3100 block of West Marshall Ave. in Longview.
Police said Banks is disabled and considered at risk.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call the Marshall Police Department at 903-935-4575.
