TEXARKANA, Texas — Police are investigating an afternoon ATM robbery Tuesday at Stateline Avenue and College Drive.
According to police, two masked men drove up to the ATM at about 12:30 p.m. while an employee was servicing the machine.
The suspects stole cassettes containing an undisclosed amount of cash and fled.
Investigators said the suspects drove into a nearby neighborhood, abandoned their initial vehicle and escaped in a second vehicle staged prior to the robbery.
No further details have been released as the investigation continues.
