SHREVEPORT, La. — Shreveport police are asking for the public's help to find a missing teenager last seen on Sunday.
Shonnia Hamilton, 17, was last seen at a home on Lakeland Street. Police said she left after telling family members she did not plan to return.
Hamilton is described as 5 feet tall and 140 pounds. She has short natural hair and may be wearing a wig.
Officers said they are especially concerned for her well-being because she requires daily medication and may not have it with her.
