SHREVEPORT, La. - Shreveport police are investigating a shooting that left one person with life-threatening injuries Saturday morning.
Officers responded around 11:30 a.m. to the 5600 block of Broadway Avenue, where they found a victim lying on the ground with six gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Investigators said the suspect ran before officers arrived. No suspect description or additional information has been released.
The shooting remains under investigation.
