SHREVEPORT, La. - The Theatre of the Performing Arts of Shreveport is taking audiences on a journey back in time with its Yazzy program production of “Back to the '80s.”
The high-energy show is scheduled for Friday and Saturday at Bossier Parish Community College’s Building C. Doors open at 5 p.m., with the show beginning at 6 p.m.
The production will feature special guest comedian Munchie.
“Back to the '80s” will celebrate the rich legacy of African American performing arts and culture during one of the most influential decades in entertainment history.
Tickets are $30 for adults and $15 for children 17 and younger. Tickets can be purchased at the BPCC box office on the day of the show.
