SHREVEPORT, La. - Severe thunderstorms moved across the ArkLaTex early Tuesday, leaving thousands of residents and businesses without power.
As of 6:30 a.m., more than 2,000 customers were without service.
According to SWEPCO’s website, most of the outages are in Caddo and Bossier parishes, with scattered outages in surrounding parishes and in East Texas.
