SHREVEPORT, La. — Police have identified 21-year-old Antonio James as the victim of a weekend fatal shooting at Hattie Perry Park and taken a suspect into custody.
The Caddo Parish Coroner's Office confirmed James was shot in the back Sunday evening and later died at a local hospital. An autopsy has been scheduled.
Officers arrested 17-year-old Kenneth Harp after discovering him hiding under a nearby home. He was booked into the Shreveport City Jail on one count of second-degree murder.
