GALLATIN GATEWAY, Mont - The Gallatin Gateway Fire Department responded to a structure fire at Gallatin Gateway Elementary School on Monday morning, according to a social media post from the fire agency.
GGFD said it responded to back-to-back calls for assistance, concluding with the fire at the elementary school.
"The fire was extinguished prior to arrival however multiple crews arrived for assessment and knock down if needed," GGFD said. "The scene was turned over to school personnel and Northwestern Energy."
It was not immediately clear what caused the fire or the extent of any damages.
