Intermountain Health has selected Scott Peek as its new regional president to oversee business and clinical operations across the enterprise’s markets in Montana, Colorado, Eastern Wyoming and New Mexico.
Peek officially begins this new role on Aug. 16.
Most recently Peek has served as the operational lead for the region and as market president for the Colorado Front Range.
In addition to overseeing the business and clinical operations, Peek will serve as the strategic leader responsible for Intermountain’s Catholic assets.
Intermountain Health operates multiple clinics and hospitals in Montana, Colorado and in five other western states. Intermountain is a nonprofit system of 34 hospitals, approximately 400 clinics, medical groups with some 4,600 employed physicians and advanced care providers, a health plan called Select Health with more than one million members, and other health services.
Peek joined Intermountain in January 2023 as the Colorado Front Range Market president.
“It is a true honor to serve the Peaks Region in this role, not only helping people live their healthiest lives, but also serving our Catholic mission of revealing and fostering God’s healing love to the communities we serve, especially the poor and vulnerable,” Peek said.
