TIOGA CO., Pa (WENY) — One man is dead after an ATV went off the road in Tioga County, Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania State Police say 64-year-old Richard Rhodes was driving south on Dunkleberger Road in Rutland Township Sunday, August 16th. Troopers say his ATV left the roadway and overturned.
Following an investigation, police say Rhodes was not wearing any safety equipment and was ejected during the crash.
Rhodes was taken to Arnot Ogden Medical Center for treatment and later transferred to Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital.
He died from his injuries on Monday, August 17th.
