Shares of Nuvectis Pharma NVCT have gained approximately 97% over the past three months compared with the industry’s 7.3% growth, fueled by growing investor optimism toward the company’s pipeline and long-term commercial potential. The company is evolving from an early-stage oncology developer into a broader clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company with programs spanning oncology and complement-mediated diseases.

Haisco Deal Marks a Major Pipeline Expansion
A key catalyst came in June, when Nuvectis entered into an agreement with Haisco Pharmaceutical Group to acquire the ex-China rights to a rare-disease candidate NXP100 and an oncology candidate NXP200. The transaction significantly broadened Nuvectis’ pipeline and added two assets with potentially differentiated therapeutic applications.
The deal complemented NXP900, Nuvectis’ internally developed oncology program, with two new candidates that could provide additional near- and long-term value drivers.
NXP100 Adds a Late-Stage Commercial Opportunity
NXP100 is an oral, once-daily complement Factor B inhibitor designed to selectively block the alternative complement pathway. The candidate is being developed for complement-mediated diseases, including paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH), IgA nephropathy and C3 glomerulonephritis.
In July, NXP100 received approval in China under the brand name Ciprocopan for previously untreated PNH patients who had not previously received complement inhibitors. The approval provides clinical and regulatory validation of the drug’s mechanism and positions the company to advance NXP100 toward later-stage development and eventual commercialization in ex-China markets, creating a clearer path to value creation.
Nuvectis Pharma, Inc. Price and Consensus

NXP200 Broadens the Oncology Opportunity
NXP200, the second asset acquired from Haisco, further strengthens Nuvectis’ oncology portfolio. NXP200 is an oral paradox breaker BRAF inhibitor targeting class I, II and III BRAF mutations. Unlike conventional BRAF inhibitors, NXP200 is designed to inhibit BRAF signaling while avoiding paradoxical activation associated with earlier-generation approaches. The program is being evaluated in oncology, including BRAF-mutant glioma and Nuvectis has presented preclinical research supporting its potential.
The strategic importance of NXP200 is that it gives the company another differentiated oncology asset along with NXP900. This could reduce the company’s reliance on a single oncology candidate and increase the potential value of its overall pipeline. U.S. regulatory activities for NXP200 are progressing, with the investigational new drug application filing anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2026.
NXP900 Remains an Important Catalyst
NXP900 is an oral SRC/YES1 kinase inhibitor with a differentiated Type 1.5 mechanism designed to inhibit both the catalytic and scaffolding functions of SRC-family kinases. NXP900 is being advanced in combination studies across non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and pancreatic cancer. In NSCLC, data from the ongoing NXP900 plus osimertinib study is expected by year-end 2026, while a study combining NXP900 with lorlatinib in ALK-positive patients is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2026. In pancreatic cancer, an investigator-sponsored study evaluating NXP900 with daraxonrasib is planned at two U.S. medical centers, subject to FDA approval and drug availability.
