Charles Schwab SCHW is expanding its technology presence in India with a new global capability center in Hyderabad, marking a significant step in the financial services firm’s broader effort to strengthen its operating infrastructure. The center is designed to support Schwab’s U.S. businesses while giving the company access to India’s large pool of technology and engineering talent.

The facility is expected to start with 500 employees and expand to 2,000 workers by the end of 2027.
