REFUGIO – A Refugio County grand jury indictment alleges Goliad Independent School District trustee and former Refugio police officer Daniel Lee San Miguel used or displayed a handgun during two alleged aggravated sexual assaults of a child, stalked the complainant for two months and requested sexual favors while acting as a police officer.
