MONROE, La. — The University of Louisiana Monroe has secured a $4,211,997 federal contract from the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center, marking the largest federal agreement in the history of the institution. The cooperative agreement is titled “Assisting with Weather and Water Nowcasting and Forecasting Needs within the Lower Mississippi River Basin.”
