Mizzou baseball piled on to its transfer class with the addition of former High Point player Seojun Oh. The catcher announced his commitment on Instagram on Friday.
Oh is a rising senior with one year of eligibility remaining. He spent the first two years of his collegiate career at New Mexico Military Institute before transferring to High Point ahead of the 2026 season.
Oh made a splash with the Panthers, hitting .351 with 17 home runs and 60 RBI. He started 56 of the team’s 57 games last season. Oh was named the Big South Player of the Year, Newcomer of the Year and earned earned a spot on the all-conference first team.
Originally from Anyang, South Korea, he played at Yatap High School. During his two years with New Mexico Military Institute, Oh hit .368 with 13 home runs and 79 RBI. The newest Tiger is currently playing in the Cape Cod Baseball League with the Cotuit Kettleers and has recorded nine hits and four RBI across nine games.
Mizzou's transfer class is up to 13 players. The Tigers are searching for their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2012 and their first winning season under coach Kerrick Jackson.
