(The Center Square) – Lawmakers are asking questions about the California Department of Motor Vehicles failing to properly identify 11,000 people who allegedly cheated on their driver’s license knowledge tests.

Thousands of licensed California drivers got notices from the DMV in recent weeks informing them that because of “testing irregularities,” they would have to come back in to a DMV office to re-take their written test.
