An Iowa nursing home worker charged with dependent adult abuse after being convicted of stealing medications can continue to practice in Iowa, the Iowa Board of Nursing has ruled.

The board recently charged registered nurse Rachel Anne Flowers, 43, of Liberty with having a sexual, emotional, social or business relationship with a patient and being convicted of an offense that directly relates to the duties and responsibilities of nursing.
