BEHIND THE BADGE WITH SPONSOR

HOMER, La. - Routine law enforcement patrols and proactive safety enforcement have kept Lake Claiborne State Park free of fatal boating incidents for several years, according to local park officials.

The 6,400-acre reservoir, a popular destination for families and anglers in northern Louisiana, operates under strict state boating guidelines enforced by park officers and the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries.
