SHREVEPORT, La. — The Shreveport mayoral race has gained another contender following a formal campaign kickoff announcement from local businessman and community leader Sia Ravari.

Ravari outlined a platform centered on public safety, neighborhood revitalization, and expanding economic opportunities for residents. Pledging to maintain an active presence throughout the community, he emphasized a commitment to working directly with citizens to address local concerns.
