TEXARKANA, Ark. - Harvest Regional Food Bank is the Feeding America Food Bank for the ten county area in southwest Arkansas and Northeast Texas.
It provides hunger relief by delivering food to local pantries, schools, and community organizations.
Harvest's "Summer Cereal Drive" is underway and need your help filling bowls and fighting hunger in Texarkana.
Every box of cereal donated helps provide a nutritious breakfast for children and families who need support during the summer months.
The drive runs now through July 30th.
Drop-off locations are Julie's Deli, Robbins Toyota, and locations of Farmers Bank & Trust in Texarkana.
You can donate online here. A $10 donation equals 20 boxes of cereal.
Harvest also provides hunger relief in rural areas through its mobile pantries, and reaches children through its summer feeding and after school feeding programs.
