SHREVEPORT, La. — Eleven people in Louisiana have fallen ill after drinking unpasteurized milk, and two have been hospitalized, state health officials announced Tuesday.

The Louisiana Department of Health is investigating the cluster of bacterial infections, which date back to April 23. The unpasteurized milk originated from three separate raw milk operations in the state, though officials have not publicly identified the facilities.
