SHREVEPORT, La. - A man was arrested after allegedly pointing a shotgun at a family member then barricading himself inside his home before peacefully surrendering.Â
According to the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office, deputies responded Friday morning to a domestic disturbance in the 1500 block of Corporate Drive.
Investigators say Brandon Marshall Lee, 39, threatened a family member with a shotgun before leaving the area. Deputies say he continued to harass and threaten the victim throughout the day while they worked to obtain an arrest warrant.Â
A deputy later spotted Lee driving near his home on Lakeview Drive and attempted to stop him. Lee ran into his residence and barricaded himself inside.Â
Deputies were able to de-escalate the situation, and Lee peacefully surrendered.Â
Lee was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on charges of domestic abuse aggravated assault, cyberstalking and flight from an officer.Â
