SHREVEPORT, La. — A Caddo Parish grand jury returned a single indictment Tuesday against a Shreveport man facing serious sexual assault charges.

Jonathan Rachal, 38, was indicted on one count of first-degree rape and two counts of molestation of a juvenile. Rachal has been held at the Caddo Correctional Center since his arrest on March 6. His bond is set at $1 million for the rape charge and $500,000 for each of the molestation counts, totaling $2 million.
