A new 152-unit workforce housing complex could soon be coming to the East Billings Urban Renewal District.

On Monday night, the project’s developers, DEVCO Residential Group, will ask City Council to approve $1.5 million in Tax Increment Financing to help pay for the project, which would be located at 1406 Sixth Ave. N.
