• James Logan Edwards, 30, Cleveland, was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia and released on a $1,000 bond.
• Jason Howard Hatcher, 45, Madisonville, was charged with three counts of violating probation and held without bond.
• Laura Jean Ortega, 44, Lenoir City, was charged with being a fugitive from justice and held without bond.
• Emily Caroline Robbs, 33, Loudon, was charged with domestic assault and released on a $1,500 bond.
• Dean Ray Roberts III, 43, Lenoir City, was charged with being a fugitive from justice and held without bond.
• Bridget Renee Robison, 39, Decatur, was charged with two counts of violating probation and held on a $3,000 bond.
• James Robert Strickland, 51, Lenoir City, was charged with violating probation and held without bond.

• Jordan Michael Dempster, 35, Maryville, was charged with violating probation and held on a $3,000 bond.
• Michael Joseph Howard, 54, Lenoir City, was charged with domestic assault and held without bond.
• Jennifer Leona Mayfield, 53, Lenoir City, was charged with failing to appear in criminal court and released on a $7,500 bond.
• Bre’Anna Gayle Runions, 28, Rockwood, was housed for a court appearance and released.
• Mallory Nicole Savage, 28, Lenoir City, was charged with harassment and released on a $1,500 bond.
• Scott Robert Thompson, 54, Loudon, was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving on suspended license, hands free law and released on a $2,500 bond.
• James Gary Vineyard II, 53, Knoxville, was charged with two counts of failing to appear in criminal court and released on a $22,500 bond.
• April Diane Katherine Young, 25, Etowah, was charged with failing to appear for general sessions and released on a $2,000 bond.

• Terry Ottis Patton, 73, Knoxville, was charged with aggravated criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, harassment, littering, obstructing highway, vandalism and released on a $12,000 bond.

• Lacy Diann Hicks, 38, Louisville, was charged with manufacturing, delivering, selling, or possessing methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a $6,000 bond.
• Justin William Holle, 43, Joliet, Ill., was charged with public intoxication and released on a $2,500 bond.
• Rebecca Johan Meier, 61, Philadelphia, was charged with an arrest warrant for assisting another agency, driving on a revoked/suspended license, manufacturing, delivering, selling, or possessing methamphetamines, possession of drug paraphernalia and held without bond.
