Some traveling Tennesseans are facing unexpected travel delays and missed flights after the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) rejected a small number of state-issued driver's licenses.

The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security is currently investigating the issue to find a fix, while advising affected residents that they can obtain free replacement licenses at local Driver Services Centers or use alternative federal identification, such as a passport, as a backup.
