Sammy Brown Library is launching Read to Me, a new early literacy storytime designed especially for toddlers ages 2 to 3.
The first program will be held Wednesday, Sept. 2, at 10 a.m. and will combine music, stories, rhymes and activities focused on developing early literacy skills. Read to Me will continue on the first Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m.
Because the program is interactive, the library recommends no more than two children per caregiver to allow adults to help guide and participate with their little ones.
No registration is required. Read to Me will be held at Sammy Brown Library, 319 S. Market St. in Carthage.
