MARSHALL, Texas — Authorities have obtained a murder warrant for a third suspect in the shooting outside a Whataburger that left two brothers dead and two others injured.
The Marshall Police Department and the Harrison County Violent Crimes and Narcotics Task Force announced Tuesday afternoon they have obtained an arrest warrant for Cortavian Oneal Tatum, 18, on a charge of murder in connection with Saturday morning shooting. His last known address is Longview, Texas.Â
Police are asking anyone with information about Tatum's whereabouts to contact the Marshall Police Department. He's considered armed and dangerous.Â
Anonymous tips may also be submitted through Crime Stoppers or the P3 mobile app.
The shooting happened just before 2 a.m. in the Whataburger parking lot. Brothers James Morrow, 20, and Jassiah Hill, 18, died at the scene. Two other people were injured and taken to a hospital.
The investigation has already led to two arrests.
Jamarrio Dominique Epps, 21, of Longview, was arrested by the Longview Police Department SWAT team on a Marshall Police Department murder warrant. Earlier, police arrested Davion McDale Brown, 19, who was charged with capital murder in connection with the shooting.
Epps and Brown are being held in the Harrison County Detention Center.
