The ongoing build-out of data centers is fueling demand for advanced semiconductor testing, memory and networking solutions. TER’s leadership in HBM and DRAM testing, as well as its expansion into merchant GPU and hyperscaler markets, positions it for further share gains. The company’s acquisition of Quantifi Photonics and development of new test platforms like Omnyx demonstrate its commitment to innovation and capturing value across the AI supply chain.

Advanced packaging and increased wafer fab equipment investments are expected to drive sustained growth in the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) market, with forecasts for the ATE TAM to reach or exceed $20 billion by the end of the decade.
