Shares of Viavi Solutions Inc. VIAV have declined 18.2% in the past three months despite a sharp improvement in the company's operating performance. Fiscal 2026 revenues rose 40% year over year to $1.5 billion, while non-GAAP earnings per share increased 112.8% to $1.00. Fourth-quarter revenue climbed 52.5% to $443.1 million, and earnings rose 161.5% to 34 cents per share.

The disconnect raises a key question for investors: Can accelerating demand and expanding margins support VIAV after its pullback, or will concerns about wireless testing, cash generation and share dilution continue to weigh on the shares?
