On June 4, 2026, Wealthfront reported its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, reporting revenue of $90.5 million, an increase of 7% compared with the previous year. However, diluted net income declined to $12.8 million from $25.9 million, diluted earnings per share declined to $0.07 from $0.18, and adjusted EBITDA margin declined to 41% from 45%.
Following these disclosures, Wealthfront's stock price declined $1.65 per share, or 14.35%, closing at $9.85 per share on June 5, 2026.
