LEXINGTON, Ky., Aug. 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Ramaco Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: METC, METCB) ("Ramaco" or the "Company") today announced that it has executed a non-binding memorandum of understanding ("MOU") with roboLoop ("roboLoop") to establish a strategic relationship for the testing, validation, and potential purchase of gallium rich e-waste materials processed at roboLoop's recycling facility for use at both Ramaco's anticipated future pilot plant and commercial scale carbochlorination facility located in Sheridan, Wyoming (the "Brook Facility"). This engagement supports e-waste opportunity identified in the Hatch Conceptual Study released in July 2026, and is part of Ramaco's larger e-waste strategy to incorporate materials to enhance the recoveries of rare earths and critical minerals from the Brook Facility.

roboLoop is a Pennsylvania-based technology company focused on using artificial intelligence and robotics to improve electronics recycling and material recovery. roboLoop develops automated systems that disassemble flat-panel displays, including televisions and computer monitors, to separate and recover valuable materials. Its technology is designed to produce cleaner material streams and support the recovery of critical minerals, including indium, from end-of-life electronics.
