PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- GoTopless, a women's rights organization, will hold its first civil rights march in Philadelphia, PA to claim women's constitutional right to go topless in public based on gender equality. The event marks the 19th annual GoTopless Day, held across the U.S. and internationally, guided by this principle:

"As long as men are allowed to be topless in public, women should have the same constitutional right. Or else, men should have to wear something to hide their chests." – Rael, founder of GoTopless and spiritual leader of the Raelian Movement.
