U.S. Marshals killed in 1983 Medina, ND shootout

BISMARCK, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) -- North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley is calling on State Sen. Jeff Magrum to withdraw a proposed legislative resolution.

Magrum is seeking presidential clemency for two men convicted in the 1983 shootout in Medina that killed two U.S. marshals trying to arrest Gorden Kahl, a tax evader, for violating his parole.
