Natchitoches, LA ─ Leaders from Nova Vital Recovery joined local officials to cut the ribbon on its newest facility in Natchitoches. The new center is located at 720 Keyser Avenue. Clients will be able to undergo a 28-day program at the residential facility before being transitioned to one of Nova Vital Recovery’s Intensive Outpatient Programs in Monroe or Shreveport.
“Nova Vital Recovery decided to establish a location in Natchitoches after extensive and numerous discussions with community leaders, healthcare providers, law enforcement officials, and others,” said Nova Vital Administrator Jim Henry. “Central Louisiana has a significant need for this type of help. Many families and individuals in the area have limited access to residential treatment close to where they live.”
Nova Vital Recovery tailors the recovery path to fit the specific needs of their clients. The facility offers medically supervised, medication-assisted detox services to help clients begin their recovery journey. A full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner helps patients deal with issues that affect their sobriety. Nova Vital Recovery also has a unique approach that provides clients with private rooms. Many addiction treatment facilities require individuals to share rooms with multiple roommates.
