airmen go fund me.png

HAUGHTON, La. — A local community is rallying to support the family of Lieutenant Colonel Greg Watson, who was among eight airmen killed in a B-52 crash in California earlier this week.

The aircraft went down shortly after takeoff from Edwards Air Force Base. Watson, a Haughton resident with deep ties to Barksdale Air Force Base, leaves behind a grieving family now receiving assistance through a recently launched GoFundMe campaign. Supporters are contributing to help the family navigate the tragedy. The military is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal incident.
