SPRINGHILL, La. - AmJenn's Soups & Scoops in Springhill and Sweet Tea Diner in Minden were highlighted in this week's Tasty Tuesday as part of the KTBS 3 Community Caravan.
AmJenn's is a family-owned restaurant that has been open in Springhill since 2006. It features a full sit-down breakfast and lunch menu. They also hand scoop Blue Bell ice cream.
Sweet Tea Diner, according to its Facebook page, serves homemade comfort food "just like Mamaw made." It also reminds "don't forget the sweet tea."
KTBS 3's Rick Rowe toured both local favorites, discussing with owners and customers alike.
