Updates
In Augusta Charter Township, voters rejected a proposal to rezone more than 500 acres of land, leaving a proposed hyperscale data center up in the air. Nearly 90% of voters rejected the proposal, MLive’s Jennifer Eberbach reports.
The Lowell City Council has indefinitely suspended discussions with Lowell Charter Township on water agreements, with MLive’s Ehren Wynder noting the council’s decision has also placed negotiations with Microsoft over water and sewage services for its proposed data center in Lowell Township.
