GREAT FALLS, Mont. — Acting U.S. Attorney Mark Steger Smith announced that a Great Falls man was sentenced to 12 years in prison after investigators found large amounts of methamphetamine in his home and later in a car he was riding in.

Cody Allen Davidson, 39, pleaded guilty in April 2026 to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine. He also received five years of supervised release.
