A Missoula doctor who sexually assaulted at least seven women who came to him for emergency medical care was sentenced Tuesday to 40 years in prison. 

Tyler Hurst, 42, pleaded guilty or no contest in December 2025 to five felony charges of sexual intercourse without consent and three charges of sexual assault, two misdemeanor and one felony.
