When people talk about American horse racing, Pennsylvania doesn’t get mentioned first; that’s for sure.

In most cases, it is Kentucky that gets all the attention, followed by New York and California. But this doesn’t mean that Pennsylvania doesn’t contribute anything to the horse racing scene. Yes, the racing scene in Pennsylvania is not the same as back in the day, but it still produces serious horses, talented trainers, and plenty of local owners who reach the international level.
