GILMER, Tx. — KTBS 3 contributor Bethany Nolan is back in the kitchen with her mom, sharing a simple, family-favorite recipe perfect for summer gatherings: tortilla roll-ups.

The easy, make-ahead dish combines cream cheese, sour cream, seasonings, and fresh ingredients rolled into tortillas for a quick snack.

“These are probably one of the easiest things you’ll ever make,” Nolan’s mom said, noting the recipe is a staple they prepare in big batches for warm-weather get-togethers.
